Some Random Thoughts
This month we remember Owen Hart who died when a stunt went wrong.

World Wrestling Entertainment
Am I the only one bored while watching the WWE? The promotion is too much of a soap-opera.

Border City Wrestling
The following results for the 05.30.04 matches at Dillons Niteclub in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, were sent by Border City Wrestling.

TNA Team Canada member Petey Williams pinned Roderick Strong with the amazing Canadian Destroyer flipping piledriver.

While ring announcer Sonny Borelli was making a few announcements to the very live crowd, former OCW wrestlers "Smooth Mover" Chris Pillon and JImmy Trump interrupted him. Smooth took the microphone and said he never thought he'd be back in a BCW ring, but nothing has changed since he has been gone. And in fact, the smell has gotten worse and the people have gotten uglier. He then turned things over to Trump for a "history lesson." Trump said 10 years ago, Chris Pillon started his career, was one of the graduates of the first Can-Am Wrestling School class, and was always destined for stardom. In the ten years he worked for BCW, he was never appreciated. Then three years ago, he met Trump, and as Pillon went on to say, Trump resurrected his career (with OCW). Pillon said Trump promised him gold, main events, and happiness, and he was true to his word and then some. He said everyone should be thankful, and that they were all in the house that Trump built. BCW Head Official Jeffrey Scott then joined them in the ring, much to their chagrin. Scott asked them what they were doing there, and said he thought he fired them last month when he bought the company. Trump informed him that he'd not only bought the company, he'd bought their guaranteed contracts, and they were going to sit around and collect money for doing nothing. Scott told Pillon he would be wrestling right there and then, whether he liked it or not, and brought out Dyson Pryce.

Pryce beat on Pillon in a pseudo-match, and then after laying him out and sending him running, power-bombed Jimmy Trump twice.

Brad Martin and Adam Filangeri beat Chris Clontz and Dan Pizzano. Clontz accidentally hit his partner, and Filangeri capitalized with an "enziguri." Martin then took advantage of the situation and rolled up Clontz for the win.

Team IWR (N8 Mattson and Truth Martini) beat Kris Chambers and Floyd Osbourne. Truth and N8 finished off Osbourne with a flapjack flatliner doubleteam maneuver.

Joe E. Legend defeated A-1 with Mike Legacy. Before the match, Legacy told the crowd that they weren't worthy of him wrestling tonight, and A-1 was going to take care of business. He said Legend may be a Legend, but he is a Legacy. Legacy tried his best to cost Legend the match all throughout, but in the end, it was Legend pinning A-1 with a modified Overdrive neck-breaker. Afterwards, A-1 and Legacy double-teamed Legend until Dyson Pryce ran out for the save and sent them running.

BCW tag team champions, The Hacker and Gutter beat CK3 (Conrad Kennedy III) and Eddie Venom. Before the match, CK3 introduced himself to the crowd as per usual, making it known that he is the man with "talent on loan from God himself." He said that his usual partner Ruffy Silverstein had a golf outing and could not be there, but tonight his partner would be the seven-foot tall Venom. Hacker was able to retain the titles for his team, pinning Venom after a keyboard shot.

Jaime D pinned Badunkadunk with Maynard R. Nek after a lariat.

Alex Shelley defeated Zach Gowen. Pre-match, Shelley told Gowen that wrestling is a sport, not a sideshow, and Gowen doesn't belong in the sport. He said that the only thing Gowen has on him tonight is a better parking spot. In the end, it was Gowen attempting a tornado DDT, but Shelley countered and put his feet on the ropes to pick up the win.

BCW TV Champion, Chris Sabin retained his title over Frankie Kazarian with Jade. Lots of great action in this huge main event, including Kazarian vying for the win with his "Back to the Future" maneuver, and Sabin hitting a back-breaker into a DDT. Sabin hit a Northern Lights suplex, but Jade came in to break up the count. Sabin grabbed her and Kazarian came off the ropes with an attempt to hit Sabin, but he moved and kicked Kazarian, who slammed into Jade, knocking her off the apron and onto the railing. The distraction allowed Sabin to catch Kazarian off guard, and hit him with the Cradleshock to pick up the win. After the match, Shelley came out to help Kazarian double-team Sabin, until Petey Williams came out to make the save.
